We supply H&B Sensors temperature measurement in the UK as part of our independent multi-brand range. H&B Sensors designs and manufactures Pt100 and Pt1000 RTDs, thermocouples and thermowells in the UK, and we specify each assembly to the process conditions, then back it with installation, maintenance and calibration support.
Built to the process.
Most H&B Sensors assemblies are built to order: Pt100 and Pt1000 RTDs to IEC 60751 up to 1/10 DIN, thermocouples to IEC 60584 in types K, J, T, N, R, S and B, and thermowells machined in-house from stainless steel, Duplex, Inconel and Hastelloy as threaded, flanged, weld-in or hygienic designs. ATEX, IECEx and UKEX options cover Zone 0, 1 and 2.

Send us the process connection, immersion length, temperature range and area classification, and we’ll specify the assembly to match, with EN 10204:3.1 certification and wake frequency calculations where needed. Replacement sensors for existing or discontinued equipment can be built from a sample or drawing.

H&B Sensors products we supply
RTDs
Pt100 and Pt1000 assemblies to IEC 60751 for process temperature from cryogenic to 600°C, where accuracy and repeatability matter more than speed. Supplied with connection head, as inserts, with cable, or as a complete thermowell assembly.
Thermocouples
Types K, J, T, N, R, S and B to IEC 60584 for high-temperature and fast-response measurement: combustion, flue gas, furnaces and reformers. Mineral-insulated construction with the same head, insert, cable and thermowell options as the RTD range.
Thermowells
Threaded, flanged, weld-in and hygienic thermowells, solid-drilled or forged, in stainless steel, Duplex, Super Duplex, Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel and Tantalum. Wake frequency calculation to ASME PTC 19.3 and EN 10204:3.1 certification on request.
