Hach analytical instrumentation

We supply Hach analytical instrumentation in the UK as part of our independent multi-brand range. Hach has made water analysis instruments since 1947, from sc-series process sensors to benchtop spectrophotometers, and we specify the parameter, sensor and controller to the process and back them with installation, maintenance and calibration support.

Stainless steel vessels, membrane housings and process pipework with instrumentation in a water treatment plant room.

Built for the parameter.

Online sensors for pH, ORP, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, turbidity and suspended solids on sc4500 controllers with fieldbus and Claros connectivity. Wet-chemistry analysers cover ammonium, phosphate, nitrate, chlorine, silica, sodium and TOC, and the EZ Series adds metals and inorganics across up to eight sample streams.

Specified to the process.

Send us the parameter, the expected range, the sample point and whether you need continuous or spot measurement, and we’ll specify the sensor or analyser and its controller. Benchtop DR spectrophotometers, TL and TU5 turbidimeters and HQ meters with matched LCK and TNTplus reagents verify the online readings and cover compliance sampling.

Range

Hach instrumentation we supply

  • Online sensors & controllers

Continuous in-process measurement of pH/ORP, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, turbidity and suspended solids, wired into sc-series controllers. Live process data rather than periodic sampling, with digital fieldbus output into plant control systems.

  • Online analysers

Wet-chemistry analysers for parameters a sensor can't cover (ammonium, phosphate, nitrate, TOC, silica, sodium), including the EZ Series and multiparameter panels. Built for discharge compliance monitoring and nutrient control on treatment plant.

  • Portable & lab instruments

Spectrophotometers, turbidimeters, colorimeters and handheld meters, with matched reagents and standards. Used for spot checks, verification of online instruments, and compliance sampling away from the process line.
